If you're joining us at Camp Bestival Dorset 2023 your shifts have now been assigned, meal voucher ordering is open, and your Camp Bestival Dorset Info Pack is ready!
You can find out which shift pattern you're on by logging into your Hotbox Events PAAM account, your shift is shown on your Camp Bestival Dorset 2023 Info page.
Please note, if you've only had your Camp Bestival Dorset position confirmed in the last week, your shift may still be pending. We're assigning new shifts every few days so please check back for an update!
You can now login to order your meal vouchers!
Camp Bestival Dorset's meal vouchers can be used at a selection of arena traders between Thursday 27th and Sunday 30th July and are offered at a greatly discounted price compared to normal food prices onsite.
Meal vouchers at Camp Bestival Dorset are not day or meal specific, which means for those who are just joining us you're able to order them before your shifts have been confirmed!
All Camp Bestival Dorset trader meal vouchers must be pre-ordered!
You can pre-order trader meal vouchers from Hotbox for £6.00 per voucher.
To order your Camp Bestival Dorset meal vouchers:
Please note the deadline for pre-ordering meal vouchers is 11am Thursday 20th July 2023.
The Hotbox compound will house a large marquee with tables, chairs, and kettles, providing 24-hour access to hot water, tea and coffee!
We will be providing some tea, coffee, milk and sugar, although please note we will not be providing disposable cups this year to reduce our environmental impact at the festival. You can purchase a reusable insulated keep cup from the Hotbox office in the staff campsite or you're welcome to bring your own to the festival.
Also, if you tend to drink a lot of tea and coffee, please bring some extra supplies as ours won't last forever!
Please login and read your Camp Bestival Dorset Info Pack and Docs!
There is a wealth of info in the Hotbox Events PAAM Portal, including the Info Packs with pre-event and onsite contact details, travel and arrival info, where and when you need to check-in at Camp Bestival Dorset, information about festival passes, how volunteer shifts are organised, Camp Bestival Dorset catering, your briefings and training sessions, emergency procedures, staff and volunteer roles and responsibilities at the festival, festival security procedures, festival CCTV, Health and Safety, festival communications and more!

If you're using a Home Office Share Code as proof of your right to work in the UK, please ensure this has been emailed to us along with your date of birth before the festival.
