Festival Republic has organised a shuttle bus to help all 2013 Latitude Festival staff and volunteers travelling to the festival by train get to and from the train station and festival site!
The staff and volunteer crew shuttle service will cost £2 each way on production of a Hotbox Events information pack (we'll be uploading these to PAAM 2-4 weeks before the festival).
Buses will be running between Halesworth train station and the festival site at the following times:
Tuesday 16th July
Leaving Halesworth train station 19.10, 20.10 and 21.10
Wednesday 17th July
Leaving Halesworth train station at 12.10, 13.10, 14.10, 15.10, 16.10 then 19.10, 20.10, and 21.10
Monday 22nd July
Leaving Latitude Festival from the Day Car Park at 09.10, 10.10, 11.10, 12.10, 13.10, then 15.10 and 17.10
Please be aware that this service is limited to one bus for 50 people per hour. In order to get the discount, please show your accreditation to the bus driver. Further shuttle bus options are available at the main bus station at the Stables but only to Diss, not Halesworth.
Please try and avoid the trains which are not being met by a festival shuttle bus as these are overcrowded commuter trains that Greater Anglia has asked us to avoid if possible.
