Thanks to an incredible response at the start of the year, we had to close Latitude applications back in March. The good news? Applications are now open again, so you can apply today to join us if you missed out the first time!
Latitude is the epitome of everything festival; no matter the time of day or night, you'll find something to enjoy. Whether it's a morning swimming in the lake, watching comedy titans like Sara Pascoe, Phil Ellis and Sue Perkins in the comedy tent, listening to conversations with The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse's Charlie Mackesy at the theatre arena, dancing to Lewis Capaldi and Alex James' Britpop Classical at the main stage, or partying to Massaoke and the discos in the woods after midnight.
Volunteer spaces for Latitude Festival always fill up quickly, and it's rare for more spaces to become available. But if you're thinking it's sounding good, today's your lucky day. A handful of extra places have become available!
There are 26 different shift patterns at Latitude to choose from this year. All have at least two of the main festival evenings off shift, and 11 shift patterns have all three of the main event evenings off! As soon as your place has been confirmed, you'll be able to log in and select your shift preferences to stand an excellent chance of catching all your favourite artists!
Thinking about volunteering solo? Every year, over 50% of our volunteers come on their own. Many make lifelong friends who they return to volunteer with year after year. We're a super friendly bunch and we promise you won't be on your own for long!
Want to bring your mates along? Get them to apply too and then list their names in the Friends section of your PAAM Profile. We guarantee you'll have the same shift pattern, so you can hang out together while you work and then boogie together after!
One refundable deposit covers you for a whole season of festivals, so if you've already applied to join us at another event this summer, you'll have your place confirmed at Latitude in a few quick clicks - no extra deposit required!
And if you've joined us at a festival in a previous year, your deposit will be discounted by almost 50% to £45. This means that for the cost of a takeaway, you could get a whole summer of festivals! As always, deposits are refunded in full after the festival - we don't charge any admin fees!
When you join us at Latitude, you'll have a whole range of crew-only perks, including free wi-fi in the Hotbox compound, staff toilets and showers, discounted staff catering, free car parking and a fast-entry lane into the arena!
Please note, we are currently full for campervan/caravan pitches at Latitude, so dust off your tent and your air mattress instead!
Need to hear from some of previous year's staff and volunteers before you make your mind up? Watch our Latitude volunteer films to get an insight into what it's like on the ground.
So if you're missing Glastonbury and needing to get your summer festival fix - make summer 2026 the best ever and apply now to join us at Latitude Festival!

If you have not joined us at a festival before and are wondering what it is like, check out some of our staff and volunteer interviews!
In these interviews, you will get to hear from those who have joined us talking about how they found their shifts, how they felt they were looked after by the Hotbox team, what it was like working solo for the first time, taking on more responsibility year on year, and even how the experience and confidence gained has helped with career progression away from festivals.
Another way to see what joining us is like is to check out some of our festival photos!
In our festival photo galleries, you will find thousands of photos covering our festival history over the past twenty years!
It's totally normal to be anxious before coming to a festival, particularly if you're coming solo! We get hundreds of messages every year from people who are keen to join us but nervous about coming alone, so we promise you're not...alone! We're a very friendly bunch and if there's anything we can do to reduce your anxiety, please get in touch! You can also join our Facebook Group to make friends with others before the festival. Within this group you will also find links to some volunteer-led WhatsApp groups that have been set up!
