Are you missing Glastonbury and needing to get your summer festival fix? Some rare volunteer spaces have opened up for Latitude Festival next month and you can apply now to join us at Latitude!
Latitude is the epitome of everything festival, no matter the time of day you'll find something to enjoy. Whether it's starting the day swimming in the lake, watching comedy titans like Sara Pascoe, Phil Ellis and Sue Perkins in the comedy tent, listening to conversations with The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse's Charlie Mackesy at the theatre arena, dancing to Lewis Capaldi and Alex James' Britpop Classical at the main stage, or partying to Massaoke and the discos in the woods after midnight.
Latitude Festival is always one of the first festivals for volunteer places to fill up and it's rare for more spaces to become available but if you're thinking it's sounding good - today's your lucky day - we've had a handful of extra places become available!
There are 26 different shift patterns at Latitude this year, all have at least two of the main festival evenings off shift, with 11 shift patterns having all 3 of the main event evenings off-shift! As soon as your place has been confirmed you'll be able to log in and select your shift preference for Latitude so you can make sure you're off-shift for all of the artists you'd like to see!
Thinking about volunteering solo? Over 50% of our volunteers come on their own and make friends at the festival who they return to volunteer with year after year. So we promise you won't be on your own for long!
Want to bring your mates along? List their names in the Friends section of your PAAM Profile and we guarantee you'll have the same shift pattern at the festival so you can hang out together on shift, and have a boogie together off-shift too!
One refundable deposit covers you for a whole season of festivals, so if you've already applied to join us at another event this summer you can have your place confirmed in a few quick clicks, no extra deposit required!
If you've joined us at a festival in a previous year your deposit is discounted by almost 50% to £45. This means for the cost of a takeaway you could get a whole summer of festivals! As always, deposits are refunded in full after the festival - we don't charge any admin fees!
When you join us at Latitude you'll have a whole range of crew only perks - including free wi-fi in the Hotbox compound, staff toilets and showers, discounted staff catering, free car parking and a fast entry lane into the arena!
Please note, we are currently full for campervan/caravan pitches at Latitude, so dust off your tent and bring it along instead!
Need to hear from some of previous year's staff and volunteers before you make your mind up? Watch our volunteer films to get an insight into what it's like to volunteer at Latitude.
Make summer 2026 the best yet and apply now to join us at Latitude Festival!

If you have not joined us at a festival before and are wondering what it is like, check out some of our staff and volunteer interviews!
In these interviews, you will get to hear from those who have joined us talking about how they found their shifts, how they felt they were looked after by the Hotbox team, what it was like working solo for the first time, taking on more responsibility year on year, and even how the experience and confidence gained has helped with career progression away from festivals.
Another way to see what joining us is like is to check out some of our festival photos!
In our festival photo galleries, you will find thousands of photos covering our festival history over the past twenty years!
It's totally normal to be anxious before coming to a festival, particularly if you're coming solo! We get hundreds of messages every year from people who are keen to join us but nervous about coming alone, so we promise you're not...alone! We're a very friendly bunch and if there's anything we can do to reduce your anxiety, please get in touch! You can also join our Facebook Group to make friends with others before the festival. Within this group you will also find links to some volunteer-led WhatsApp groups that have been set up!
