Set your alarms and pop the date on your calendar, applications to volunteer with us at 2025 events will open at midday on Friday 31st January! ⏰⏰
We've spent the autumn meeting with the festival organisers to discuss everything you fed back to us about last summer's events. From compound sizes and facilities to crew catering and everything in between, we've passed it all on and we're excited to make the 2025 festival season the best one yet! ☀️

Don't forget, if you've joined us at a festival previously your refundable deposit is discounted to £45 for this summer! If it's your first time joining us, your £95 refundable deposit will cover you for a full season of events, and is returned to you in full after the last festival you join us at – we don't charge any admin fees!
Should you change your mind about joining us later in the year, you can cancel your place all the way up to 20 days before the arrival date of the festival and still have your deposit returned in full! 🤝
As shifts are allocated on a first come, first served basis, based on a combination of the shift preferences you choose and your deposit payment date, the earlier you apply and pay your refundable deposit to confirm your place, the better chance you have of being allocated your top choice shift pattern! The fastest way to submit your application is to make sure you have a Hotbox Events PAAM account setup in advance, you can do that here now!

It's totally normal to be anxious before coming to a festival, particularly if you're coming solo! We get hundreds of messages every year from people wanting to join us but nervous about doing it, so we promise you're not alone! We're a very friendly bunch so if there's anything we can do to reduce your anxiety please get in touch! Try joining our Facebook Group to make friends with others before the festival - there are even a few WhatsApp groups that have been set up too!
