We'd like to start by saying a huge thank you to everyone who joined us this summer. The brilliant feedback from the festival organisers and other onsite agencies has been amazing to hear, and credit goes to you for keeping going even when the weather was against us!
Deposit returns for everyone who joined us at Camp Bestival Shropshire, Reading and Leeds Festival will be making their way to you later this month.
If you weren't able to join us and didn't cancel in time, or didn't complete all your shifts, you may not be eligible for a deposit return. If you're unsure, you can check to make sure you did all required here
We realise the above is a long document, so we've popped a few key facts people are often confused about here
Deposit returns are sent as a cheque posted to the address in your PAAM Profile, if you're wondering - you can read about why deposits are returned as cheques here
For those asking, we return the full deposit amount originally paid - we don't deduct any card or admin fees.

Moved house over the summer?
Changed student accommodation?
Graduated and moved home?
Please login to PAAM and check your address is up to date to ensure your deposit return cheque is posted to the correct address!
Once your deposit return cheque has been posted to you will receive an SMS letting you know it is on its way.
Please don't chase your deposit, this won't speed up the returns process, if you haven't received your deposit 2 weeks after you have received the SMS, please let us know, we can then check where it was posted to and issue a replacement if required.
We're currently in the process of individually reviewing thousands of deposit returns from this summer's events so please bear with us if there is a delay to email and messaging responses through this period. It takes weeks to review and process the deposit returns from each event, we're working as fast as possible to get these returned to you as early as we can, and the less emailing and messaging we need to do the faster we can work through them 😊
We're already counting down to festival season 2025!
Applications for our 2025 festival season will open in early 2025, stay tuned to our socials for announcements over the autumn and winter!
Remember, deposits are discounted after your first year of joining us, so if you joined us for the first time this year and paid a £95 deposit, you only need to pay a £45 deposit next year to join us again for a whole season of festivals!

It's totally normal to be anxious before coming to a festival, particularly if you're coming solo! We get hundreds of messages every year from people wanting to join us but nervous about doing it, so we promise you're not alone! We're a very friendly bunch so if there's anything we can do to reduce your anxiety please get in touch! Try joining our Facebook Group to make friends with others before the festival - there are even a few WhatsApp groups that have been set up too!
