If you're volunteering with us at the 2019 Reading Festival or Leeds Festival your shifts have now been assigned, your info pack is ready, and you can order your meal vouchers!
You can find out which shift pattern you're on by logging into Hotbox Events PAAM. Your shift is shown on your Reading or Leeds Event Info page. Please note that if you've only just had your Reading or Leeds volunteer position confirmed then your shift may still be pending. We're assigning new volunteer shifts daily so please check back for an update!

We'll again have our very own caterer situated in the Hotbox Events compound! The Hotbox caterer will be serving a variety of hot and cold food, drinks, and snacks, from midday on Tuesday 20th August.
Meal vouchers are available at a greatly discounted price compared to the public festival food outlets.

If you've not volunteered at a festival before and you're wondering what it's like volunteering with Hotbox Events, make sure you checkout some of our staff and volunteer interviews! You'll get to hear from volunteers who have joined us talking about how they found their shifts, how they were looked after by the Hotbox team, what it was like volunteering for the first time on their own, taking on more responsibility year on year and progressing from a volunteer to staff role, and even how the experience and confidence gained has helped with their career progression away from festivals!

If you'll be volunteering on your own and are a little apprehensive, don't worry, every year at least half of those who join us do so on their own the first time and then return year on year to meet up with friends they've made volunteering!
