If you're volunteering with us at Camp Bestival 2019 your shifts have now been assigned, your info pack is ready, and you can order your meal vouchers!
You can find out which shift pattern you're on by logging into Hotbox Events PAAM. Your shift is shown on the Camp Bestival Event Info page. Please note that if you've only just had your Camp Bestival volunteer position confirmed then your shift may still be pending. We're assigning new volunteer shifts daily so please check back for an update!

To order your Camp Bestival meal vouchers you need to:
Meal vouchers can be used at a selection of onsite vendors between Thursday 25th and the morning of Monday 29th July and offer a big saving compared to paying for meals using cash or card on the day.
Each pre-ordered meal voucher costs £4.00, please see the catering vendors list noted above for full details of what can be purchased with a meal voucher and from where.
Although on ordering meal vouchers we ask you to specify the date and time (breakfast / lunch / dinner) of the meal, the vouchers can in fact be used on any day, and at any time.
Please note there will be no other onsite catering facilities available until the festival opens to the public on Thursday 25th July, so please make provisions for our arrival day Wednesday 24th July. You're very welcome to bring your own food to site and we have kettles in the marquee where you can make noodles. Once you've booked in you will be able to leave site if you wish to do a shopping run.
We will only order meal vouchers for you on receipt of payment; ordered vouchers can be collected from our onsite office when you book in; vouchers are non-refundable.

If you'll be volunteering on your own and are a little apprehensive, don't worry, every year at least half of those who join us do so on their own the first time and then return year on year to meet up with friends they've made volunteering!
