We're excited to be just 1 month from our first festival of 2018!
If you're yet to apply to volunteer with us in 2018 you still can but please be quick as 70% of 2018 festival volunteer places have already been taken!
If you've already applied and had your volunteer spot confirmed for Download Festival, Latitude Festival, RiZE Festival, Reading Festival or Leeds Festival this summer a huge thank you for applying to join us! We can't wait to welcome back our regular volunteers and meet everyone volunteering with us for the first time this summer!
We've been receiving a lot of questions from volunteers keen to find out more about what to expect when volunteering with Hotbox at festivals this summer and when we'll be sending out more information.
You'll be receiving a lot more from us in the weeks leading up to each festival but there is already quite a bit you can find out from our website and by logging into your Hotbox Events PAAM account...
One of the hot topics is always festival shifts! We realise you're keen to know when you'll be working so you can arrange your festival schedule! You can find out how you can choose your festival shift preferences in our festival FAQs.
Festival food is another subject we receive a lot of questions about! You'll be able to login to your Hotbox Events PAAM account and pre-order your festival meal vouchers a few weeks before each festival. We'll let you know as soon as you can!
You can find a lot of information including travel, arrival, contact details, and the documents you'll need to bring with you to each festival you have applied to volunteer at on the festival's Event Info page in Hotbox Events PAAM. You can find each festival's Event Info page via your Hotbox Events PAAM Overview (the button to the right of each festival you have applied to volunteer at).
We'll be adding documents to the Event Info pages as we get closer to each festival which will cover everything you need to know before joining us! We'll let you know as soon as new documents are added but please also keep an eye on your Hotbox Events PAAM account for updates!
If there is anything in particular you're wondering, a great first port of call are our festival FAQs! We've been adding to these for many years and regularly update them so most questions we're asked are answered in there.
Please also drop into our festival forums! You'll find both new and returning volunteers chatting about volunteering at festivals with us this summer.
