We're 2 months from the 2018 Download Festival and have just 200 volunteer places left!
If you've already applied to volunteer with us at Download 2018 a huge thank you! We can't wait to welcome you to Donington Park in June!

You need to pay a refundable security deposit to volunteer but as always, when volunteering with Hotbox Events one deposit covers you for as many festivals as you'd like to volunteer at, in other words...
You only need to pay 1 deposit to volunteer with Hotbox at as many festivals as you like!
So, if you've already applied to volunteer with us at another festival this summer you can join us at Download without paying again! All you need to do is login and apply for Download, then just sit back and wait for us to confirm your position!
Plus, there are no admin fees on deposit returns so you get your entire deposit back as long as you complete all of your shifts!
And the great news for 2018 is that deposits will be heading back to you faster, that they're now less for returning volunteers, and there are no card fees to pay!

Please remember that the earlier you apply and pay your deposit the more likely you are to get your top choice of shifts at the festivals!
We confirm positions within 24 hours of a deposit being paid Mon-Fri, often much sooner, so if you apply and pay your deposit now you'll receive a confirmation that you have a place volunteering at Download within the next few hours!

If you're thinking about volunteering but not sure about doing it on your own don't worry, every year around half of the 3,000 volunteers who join us do so on their own the first time and then return year on year to meet up with friends they've made volunteering!
