Following a very busy September working through the info and shift records from our festival offices we're pleased to be able to let you know that deposit returns for everyone who volunteered with Hotbox Events at the 2017 Download Festival, Latitude Festival, Virgin V Festival, Reading Festival and Leeds Festival are on their way!
We've worked tirelessly to make sure deposit returns head out as quickly as possible in 2017, and although we say October just in case of any delays, we're happy for them to be winging their way to you in September!
If you're unsure as to why it takes a little while for deposit returns to be processed you can find further information about the deposit return process in our Deposits, Tickets and Wages FAQs.
We expect deposits to start dropping through letterboxes in the next few days but please do give them a little time to make their way to you.
International volunteer deposit returns are processed via PayPal. If you’re an international volunteer you will have received an email from our office to confirm your PayPal account details.
Please remember that there are two deductions from deposit returns which may apply to your return depending on how you paid your deposit and if you purchased any ponchos at the festivals; the £5.00 card processing fee and £1.00 poncho cost.
The feedback we've been receiving from you via our social channels and email about volunteering at festivals with Hotbox Events in 2017 has been fantastic to read! A huge thank you to everyone who has been in touch!
If you enjoyed your week with us and have a few minutes to send over a paragraph or two for our staff and volunteer feedback page...
Please email this to info@hotboxevents.com
Please attach a photo if you can so this can be added to the Hotbox website too!
Your comments and feedback really helps those in future years get an idea of what working at a festival with Hotbox Events is like so please do get in touch if you can!
We're already planning for next year and your suggestions are always taken into consideration; many of which help us to improve both our service to the festival goers and the experience for our staff and volunteers. So, if you do have any comments - good or bad - please don't hesitate to get in touch. We realise nothing is perfect so please don't be afraid of having a moan if there is something you'd like us to take into consideration for 2018.
A huge thank you for volunteering at the festivals with Hotbox in 2017 and we hope to see you back in the music filled fields in 2018!
