2016 V Festival South volunteer shift selection is now open!

If you're volunteering with us at the 2016 V Festival South, you can now login to Hotbox Events PAAM and choose your festival shift preferences and order your meal vouchers!

There are 8 volunteer shifts available at V Festival, please make sure you indicate a preference for each shift as PAAM won't let you save your preferences until you have!

We plan to start allocating V Festival volunteer shifts the week beginning Monday 8th August so please make sure you choose your festival volunteer shift preferences by Monday 8th at the very latest!

To choose your V Festival volunteer shift preferences you need to:

• Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
• Select the V Festival Event Info button.
• Scroll down to the Event Preferences section.
• Read the Shift Planner in the Shift/Group Details section.
• Choose your Shift Preferences via the Shifts/Groups Available dropdowns.
• Save your preferences using the button at the bottom!

Once we've allocated your shift it'll be displayed on your Hotbox Events PAAM overview page.

Also don't forget that if you're volunteering with friends you need to make sure you've added their names to your PAAM profile - this is your last chance before festival shifts are allocated!

You can now also select your meal voucher preferences. You are welcome to bring your own food to V Festival but if you would like to eat in the crew cafe you need to book your meal vouchers in advance.

Each meal voucher ordered costs £4.50 and the total of all vouchers ordered will be deducted from your deposit return. Please note that once ordered vouchers cannot be cancelled even if not used so please make sure you order carefully!

The deadline for placing your meal voucher orders is 10th August 2016.

To order your V Festival meal vouchers you need to:

• Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
• Select the V Festival Event Info button.
• Scroll down to the Meal Orders section.
• Read the Meal Orders information.
• Select your meal vouchers by checking the boxes.
• Save your order using the button at the bottom!
