2016 Reading and Leeds Festival staff and volunteer Info Packs available for download!

If you'll be joining us as a volunteer or member of staff at the 2016 Reading or Leeds Festival, you can now login to Hotbox Events PAAM and download your Info Pack!

There is a wealth of info in the packs including pre-event and onsite contact details, travel and arrival info, where and when you need to check-in at Reading and Leeds, information about how you get your festival passes, how volunteer shifts are organised, Reading and Leeds Festival catering, your briefings and training sessions, the emergency procedures, staff and volunteer roles and responsibilities at the festival, festival security procedures, festival CCTV, Health and Safety, festival communications, info about the Reading and Leeds Festival Green Initiatives and more!

The information within the packs is very important so please make sure you login and read it before you arrive at Reading or Leeds!

To download your Info Pack you need to:

• Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
• Select the Reading or Leeds Festival Event Info button.
• Click the link to the PDF (downloads section).
