On behalf of the Hotbox Events management team, I would like to pass on my thanks to all staff and volunteers who joined us at this year's Reading and Leeds Festivals!
Collectively we have felt 2015 has been a great success for Hotbox Events; the feedback so far from both Reading and Leeds has been wonderful.
Reading teams - by all accounts the bad weather clearly didn't dampen your spirits and it was good to see that sun and beautiful sunsets graced the Reading site for you in the end. Thank you for persevering; bad weather brings with it all sorts of challenges and the Hotbox Events team plays a huge part in supporting the customers, ensuring that they have a great time regardless of the weather, and this year was no exception!
I would also like to say a special thank you to those of you who stepped up (literally...) to the role of Tower CATs at Reading - you did a great job!
Leeds team - it was a pleasure to visit the campsites and see you all in action. Thank you to those of you that assisted with egress each day both at the exit gates and in the car parks - once again, the CATs stepped up and it makes us very proud to see you do your thing.
Thank you to our volunteer photographers, Emily at Reading, and Liz and Harrison at Leeds - I hear you got some amazing shots of our CATs and Tower CATs in action (I'm loving this one of the CATs, Security and Zone Manager from Leeds - thanks Liz!) and we cannot wait to publicise them all!
If like us, you've got the bug for working in events - we hope you'll join us again next year. Our application will open on Monday 1st of February 2016 so keep an eye out for our messages and remember to get in there early so that you get the shifts you'd like next year.
For everyone wondering about deposit returns we're working on them now (it's a big task!) and they should be heading out in roughly three weeks' time! We'll keep you up to date with the process via our website's news area so please keep an eye on our updates.
