As 2015 comes to a close, the Hotbox Events team has been hard at work putting everything in place to prepare for the new festival season, whilst eating a few mandatory mince pies, chocolate biscuits, cakes...
We've received lots of positive messages from you about your experience being part of the Hotbox Events team in 2015 which makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside. So a big thank you from all of us for your feedback this year!
2015 was Latitude Festival's 10th birthday and the week proved to be a very special one! Being part of the festival for the past 8 years and seeing our team at Latitude grow and evolve with the event has been an absolute pleasure. The success of Hotbox Events at Latitude is all down to your hard work so again a big thank you from us and we hoped you enjoyed it as much as we did!
Those of you who joined us at Latitude Festival will recall that we were asked by Festival Republic to pass on their thanks for the exemplary level of customer service you've provided in previous years. Improving the festival goers experience is why Hotbox Events was setup so this kind of feedback makes us very proud and grateful to you all.
The Reading and Leeds Festival weekend was a huge success. The Reading team faced the weather conditions without a moan or grumble (okay, not many anyway!), always with a smile on your face and from the feedback we've received did another fantastic job, so a huge well done to you all! At Leeds we never failed to see eager CATs in the campsites and up the fire towers actively involved in their roles and clearly enjoying interacting and looking after the festival goers. So again a big thank you from us to everyone who joined us at Reading and Leeds.
At the end of each event, we were pleased to see the Hotbox Events campsite was left in a clean and tidy state - so thank you to everyone who cleaned up their areas and recycled all they could whilst onsite with us.
A huge thanks must also go out to our staff at Latitude, Reading and Leeds! To our supervisors, control teams, office staff, minibus drivers and managers, we know the volunteers both new and old are very grateful for your support and guidance throughout the week.
