We're happy to be able to let you know that if you're volunteering with Hotbox Events at the 2014 Reading Festival you can now login to Hotbox Events PAAM and choose your Reading Festival volunteer shift preferences!
There are a lot of shifts to choose from but if you've volunteered with us before you'll be happy to know our friends over at PAAM Volunteer Software have made things a little easier for us this year!
Once you've selected a festival shift pattern from the preferences dropdown on your PAAM Event Info page it'll now be greyed out as you move down the list of preferences!
To choose your Reading Festival shift preferences you need to:
We plan to start allocating 2014 Reading Festival volunteer shifts the week beginning Monday* 21st July so please make sure you choose your festival shift preferences by Monday 21st!
*please note we'll still be busy working onsite at Latitude Festival until Monday 21st so it'll be the second half of the week you start to see your shifts being allocated!
Once your shift pattern has been allocated it will be displayed on your Hotbox Events PAAM overview page.
If you're volunteering with friends please make sure you've added their names to your PAAM profile!
