2014 Latitude Festival Volunteer Shift Selection is now open!

We're happy to be able to let you know that if you're volunteering with Hotbox Events at the 2014 Latitude Festival you can now login to Hotbox Events PAAM and choose your Latitude Festival volunteer shift preferences!

There are a lot of shifts to choose from but if you've volunteered with us before you'll be happy to know our friends over at PAAM Volunteer Software have made things a little easier for us this year!

Once you've selected a festival shift pattern from the preferences dropdown on your PAAM Event Info page it'll now be greyed out as you move down the list of preferences!

To choose your Latitude shift preferences you need to:

1. Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
2. Select the Latitude Festival Event Info button.
3. Read the Shift Planner (Shift/Group Details).
4. Choose your Shift Preferences (Shifts/Groups Available).
5. Click Save Preferences!

We plan to start allocating 2014 Latitude Festival volunteer shifts the week beginning Monday 9th June so please make sure you choose your festival shift preferences by Monday 9th!

Once your shift pattern has been allocated it will be displayed on your Hotbox Events PAAM overview page.

If you're volunteering with friends please make sure you've added their names to your PAAM profile!
