2014 Latitude Festival staff and volunteer info in PAAM!

If you've been confirmed to join Hotbox Events at the 2014 Latitude Festival you can now login to Hotbox Events PAAM and download the following documents:

• Hotbox Events 2014 Health and Safety at Festival Sites
• Festival Republic Flexi Fire Backpack Guidance for stewards
• Hotbox Events EEA (European Economic Area including UK) Borders and Immigration Right to Work and Volunteer fact sheet
• Hotbox Events Non-EEA Borders and Immigration Right to Work and Volunteer fact sheet

The information provided within the documents is very important so please make sure you read them before you arrive at the 2014 Latitude Festival!

To download the documents you need to:

1. Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
2. Select the Latitude Festival Event Info button.
3. Click the links to the PDFs (downloads section).

Please pay particular attention to the Right to Work and Volunteer fact sheets as these detail the documents you must bring with you to prove your right to work and volunteer in the UK. If you don't bring the correct documents you will not be able to check-in at the Hotbox Events Latitude Festival office and will need to leave the festival site!
