Leeds Festival has just been in touch and asked Hotbox Events to provide an extra 100 volunteers for the 2013 festival! This has now increased the size of the Hotbox Events 2013 Leeds Festival team to 817 which will be our largest ever at Leeds Festival!
It was 10 years ago at Leeds where Hotbox Events began the role of campsite assistance volunteers and from there the number of volunteers has grown and grown. In 2003 we started out with just 6 hardworking CATs, who got stuck in wherever they were needed across the festival helping out the public and doing their bit to keep them safe. As the festival grown in size and popularity our volunteering teams have too and that just goes to show what a fantastic job you all do year after year.
We have had some great feedback about our volunteers from the organisers at Leeds Festival and other agencies we work alongside over the years and we hope to continue that again this year by providing a great atmosphere for everyone to enjoy their shifts and do a brilliant job.
