2013 volunteer deposits have been posted!

We're happy to let you know that following a very busy few days of sorting, labelling, sticking and stuffing, we've just posted deposit returns to everyone who volunteered with Hotbox Events at the 2013 Latitude, Reading and Leeds Festival and adhered to the Terms and Conditions.

We'd expect cheques to start dropping through letterboxes at the beginning of next week but please do give them a little time to make their way from us to you.

If you've not received your deposit cheque by the 1st November please contact us.

Please remember that there are some standard deductions from deposit returns which depend on how you paid your deposit and if you purchased any meal vouchers or ponchos at the festivals. The standard deductions are:

• £6.00 to £8.00 merchant card processing fee (amount dependent on type of card used)
• £4.23 per meal voucher at Latitude and Leeds
• £4.20 per meal voucher at Reading
• £1.00 per poncho

If you're an international volunteer you should be receiving an email today asking you to confirm your account details so we can return your deposit.
