We'll be posting 2013 Leeds Festival staff parking passes to all Hotbox Events staff and volunteers who have requested one next week!
If you know you'll be driving to Leeds Festival please make sure you have selected the option on your Hotbox Events PAAM profile letting us know that you need a parking pass.
You can find the staff car park question under the Working at Reading or Leeds Festival title on your PAAM profile page.
Please don't forget to save your profile if you do update it!
If you'll be working with us at Reading Festival we don't post out the staff parking passes but don't worry - if you need one you can ask for one in the Reading Festival Hotbox Events office when you sign in at the festival.
A few of you have been in touch in recent days about transport to the festival. There are many different options available to you, there's the usual coach and train options, Leeds and Reading are both located close to major UK airports if flying in is easier. In addition to those you can always look into liftsharing, it's becoming increasingly popular amongst our volunteers in recent years, so much so that there is now a dedicated thread on our forum about it.
Liftsharing is usually a cheaper, more environmentally friendly way of travelling to a festival. Not only is liftsharing encouraged for it's environmental benefits but it also gives you the opportunity to meet fellow volunteers on your way to the festival, which is perfect for anyone volunteering on their pwn, you'll have new mates before you even arrive!
