2013 Latitude Festival staff and volunteer info in PAAM

We've just uploaded new information for all confirmed Hotbox Events 2013 Latitude Festival staff and volunteers to Hotbox Events PAAM!

If you login to your Hotbox Events PAAM account you can now find the 2013 Latitude Festival Green Info, Hotbox Events 2013 Health and Safety at Festival Sites, Festival Republic Latitude Festival Flexi Fire Backpack Guidance, Hotbox Events EEA (including UK) and Non-EEA Citizens Borders and Immigration Right to Work and Volunteer fact sheets.

The information within the documents is very important so please make sure you login and read the PDFs before you arrive at the 2013 Latitude Festival.

Please pay particular attention to the Right to Work and Volunteer fact sheets as these detail the documents you must bring with you to prove your right to work and volunteer in the UK. If you don't bring the correct documents you will not be able to sign-in at the Hotbox Events Latitude Festival office and will need to leave the festival site.

The next upload will be the 2013 Latitude Festival Staff and Volunteer Info Pack which we plan to add to PAAM next week.

We've been receiving a lot of questions about arrival info and shuttle buses - there will be lots of info about travel and arrival in next week's info pack but in the meantime you can find 2013 Latitude Festival Shuttle Bus info here.

To download the documents you need to:

1. Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
2. Select the Latitude Festival Event Info button.
3. Click the links to the PDFs(downloads section).
