If you haven't already please make sure you login to Hotbox Events PAAM and download the Hotbox Events 2012 Leeds Festival or Reading Festival Borders and Immigration Fact Sheet.

Borders and Immigration Fact Sheet

The Borders and Immigration Fact Sheet explains that under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act of 2006 Hotbox Events is required by law to check that all of our event staff and festival volunteers have the right to work or volunteer in the UK.

The Fact Sheet explains what we need to see to make sure you have the right to work or volunteer in the UK (passport or birth certificate and NI card), how we need to see it (original documents and copies kept for a minimum of 2 years), and when we need to see it (before you start work).

To view and/or download the fact sheet please:

  1. Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
  2. Select the Leeds Festival Event Info button is you're attending Leeds or the Reading Festival Event Info button if you're attending Reading.
  3. Read the Fact Sheet PDF (downloads section).

There is also further information in our FAQs regarding the borders and immigration documents you will need to provide, there are separate FAQs for those resident in the European Union/European Economic Area and those living outside the EU/EEA.
