Latitude Festival Right to Work Fact Sheet

Wednesday, June 13, 2012

The Hotbox Events 2012 Latitude Festival Borders and Immigration Fact Sheet is now available via Hotbox Events PAAM for all 2012 Latitude Festival event staff and festival volunteers!

Borders and Immigration Fact Sheet

The Borders and Immigration Fact Sheet explains that under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act of 2006 Hotbox Events is required by law to check that all of our event staff and festival volunteers have the right to work or volunteer in the UK.

The Fact Sheet explains what we need to see to make sure you have the right to work or volunteer in the UK (passport or birth certificate and NI card), how we need to see it (original documents and copies kept for a minimum of 2 years), and when we need to see it (before you start work).

To view and/or download the fact sheet please:

  1. Login to Hotbox Events PAAM.
  2. Select the Latitude Festival Event Info button.
  3. Read the Fact Sheet PDF (downloads section).

We also have an FAQ that provides further information on this subject for both EU/EEA residents and non-EU/EEA residents. We recommend giving this a thorough read if you have any questions relating to this specific matter.

If you have any other questions relating to volunteering with Hotbox Events, please contact us, and one of our team will be happy to help.
