2012 Latitude Festival Guide and Preview

Monday, July 9, 2012

With only days until the 2012 Latitude Festival we hope you're all packed and looking forward to another fantastic week at one of the UK's best music festivals!

When you're not working your volunteer shifts you'll have lots of time to enjoy all the 2012 Latitude Festival has to offer - to help plan for this head over to the PAAM Blog where you'll find their latest post all about Latitude 2012!

This year's installment will be the 7th :Latitude Festival to take place. Hotbox Events first got involved back in 2008 with a small team of CATs and HATs which has now grown to include larger numbers of CATs and HATs as well as the addition of our Latitude Pixies who can be found bringing smiles to festival goers faces in the 'In The Woods arena'.

Latitude is set in the beautiful Henham Park, an ideal setting for one the UK's most unique festivals, not only is the arena surrounded by woodland it also has a peaceful lake in the middle of it, perfect for relaxing next to whilst enjoying a bite to eat in between two of your favourite musical acts.

Latitude really does have something for everyone regardless of age and taste. If the mainstage music acts aren't your thing then check out the theatre, comedy or literature tents. The lake stage always has an eclectic programme of dance and world music acts on offer if you're looking to broaden your cultural horizons a little, you can spend hours sitting on the grass enjoying the entertainment.

Of course many people come to Latitude for the mainstage musical acts and this year's line-up will not disappoint with the likes of Elbow, Rufus Wainwright and Bon Iver all taking the stage over the weekend.

We can't wait to see you there!
