We will be returning deposits to all those who volunteered at a festival with Hotbox Events in 2012 and adhered to the Terms and Conditions in the first half of October.
Very Important - please make sure your address is up to date in Hotbox Events PAAM. Your deposit cheque will be posted to the address you have entered on your PAAM profile.
Every year we spend months cancelling and resending cheques due to volunteers forgetting to update their address in PAAM.
If you ask us to cancel your deposit cheque and resend to a different address there is a charge for this, so please do take a moment to check your address is current.
We aim to have cheques in the post by mid-October at the latest. You can find out why we can't return deposits until October here. We do our very best to get the cheques to you ASAP although please don't chase us as it won't speed up your deposit return. If you haven't received your cheque by the 1st November please contact us then. We will let you know once all cheques have been sent.
Many thanks for all of your work in 2012, we honestly believe it was one of the best year's we've had so far, your dedication and commitment to making the festivals a safer place and adding to the atmosphere in the way you did was incredible to witness!
