Leeds Festival
The festival season is now over but we all have some great memories from the events we've worked at with you in 2011!
It goes without saying that we had a fantastic team at Leeds again this year although we would like to send out a special thank you to our minibus drivers who took the CATs and so many other teams all over the site for the week. Without you it would be an extremely long walk to some of the zones and everyone was so grateful for the hours you put in and the smiles on your faces!
We are so pleased with the feedback we have received so far, no matter what the weather or the task in hand it never phased you and it makes us very proud of each and every one of you!
We really hope that you all come back next year so we can do it all over again!

Reading Festival
We would like to extend our gratitude to all of the volunteers and staff at this year's Reading Festival. You all made our jobs so much easier and performed your duties with enthusiasm and energy, which you always seem to have an endless supply of! To see the majority of you returning from your shift still with a smile on your face and a supply of great anecdotes even during inclement weather is fantastic and your assistance is appreciated by many.
We have already received some great feedback from some of the Zone Managers onsite and we hope that you will be able to return for future events to help keep up the great work that you do in making the ticket holders' experience a safer and happier one.
See you in a field in 2012... Hopefully a sunnier one!
