2011 Festivals Application!

We've received quite a few queries about the 2011 Hotbox Events Festivals Application - the 2011 application is planned on the 1st March 2011!

2011 Hotbox Events applications for volunteering at Latitude, Big Chill,Leeds and Reading Festivals will again be taken online via Hotbox Events PAAM.

If you already have a Hotbox Events PAAM account the system will send you an email notification as soon as the 2011 application opens. We would also advise that you all take this opportunity, if you haven't already,to log in to your PAAM account and double check that your address is correct. 

Every year we get numerous phone calls and emails asking why people have yet to receive their deposit return cheques. The two main reasons for this are

• Lost in the post - This does happen sometimes particularly with the large volume we send, there's always a couple that don't make it to you. In this case we can issue a replacement cheque to you.
• A large number of the cheques that don't make it to you when they are first posted is due to incorrect addresses being listed on PAAM. Again we are able to send out a replacement to you, however this delays the process of being able to get your deposit returned to you.
