For all those who worked at a festival with Hotbox Events in 2008 and adhered to the Terms & Conditions deposits will be returned in October.
Very Important - please make sure your address is up to date in Hotbox Events PAAM. Your deposit will be returned as a cheque posted to the address held for you within PAAM. Every year we spend months cancelling and resending cheques due to volunteers forgetting to update their address and there is a charge for this, so please do take a moment to check your address.
We are aiming to have cheques in the post by mid-October. The reasons for us returning in October are detailed in our FAQs. We do our very best to get the cheques to you ASAP although please don't chase us as it won't speed up your return. If you haven't received your cheque by the 1st November please contact us then. We will let you know once all cheques have been sent via the Hotbox Events News.
