The Exeter based mountain bike team (Team Flamingo) Hotbox Events and Hotbox Studios sponsored in the Nightrider12 event at Plymouth's Newnham Park on April 28th 2007 came in 3rd! A podium finish! 
"The whole event was brilliant! Real festival atmosphere all through the night. The course was quite tricky, some of the single-track was hard to follow in the dark. In the woods I was seeing sparkly bits in my vision from all the concentration on blackness and the adrenaline of being chased!" said Carrie Burgess. 
"Team Flamingo got surprisingly competitive; we nearly caught the ladies team in front who are all national riders. We did beat the boy's team from the local bike shop though! Thank you again for sponsoring us, we couldn't have done it without you. We've raised over £1000 for Force and the money is still coming in." continued Carrie.
