Important Updates for Leeds and Reading Festival 2006

Sunday, May 14, 2006

Our volunteer info pages have now been updated. Due to the fantastic work of our volunteers in previous years we have been asked to increase the numbers of volunteers at both events this year. So there'll be even more of you around to make sure all the festival goers are having the best experience possible. Below is a brief summary of the key updates for this year.

  • We require 205 CAT Volunteers for Leeds Festival.
  • We require 145 CAT Volunteers for Reading Festival.
  • The Wednesday CAT shift will now begin at 2pm.
  • The last CAT shift will end on Monday at midday.
  • The CATs will be on-shift 24 hours between 2pm Wednesday and midday Monday.
  • Due to running the CATs 24 hours for the first time in 2006 - we'll be requesting that all volunteers work one night shift - although this isn't a requirement.

Shift times below:

  • Early: 07:00 >15:00
  • Late: 15:00 >23:00
  • Night: 23:00 >07:00

If you have any further questions you'd like to ask us about these changes or anything else about volunteering with us, please get in touch.
