CAT? Safest plan is to assume that you are going to have to miss one evenings' music and try to get on a shift team that is working on the evening that you are least bothered about (Metallica).
As you can see here the shifts aim to guarantee at least one music afternoon/evening free :)

Shifts are chosen by you when you arrive at the festival on a strictly first-come, first-served basis, so it is best to arrive early. The arrival time will be added to the information pack nearer to the event.

How do we sign up to them then? I assume its after the briefing? Do we have to queue up etc to put our names down to the shifts?
Also what time are we allowed in to pitch tents? As Id like to do that before the 1pm briefing?
