So I didn't have any of these last year, and I can't remember where I found the info on them, so I'll just ask on here:
How much roughly are they worth, and do they get you a decent sized meal?
In terms of cash, I have next to nothing, so these may be how I survive the week... or tesco's 10p noodles!

They can be exchanged in the crew cafe for a meal, I found last year that the portions of the food served were more then ample. Also the good thing is you don't hand any cash over, it comes out of your deposit, which is good if your short on money, it's also for a discounted price compared to buying the meal at the cafe without the voucher. Hope that helps(also that is Leeds Fest I'm talking about)
I lived at Leeds and Latitude entirely on crew meals and free tea with an occasional noodle and a few beers. (Few?). The food is substantial, rather than fine dining, Chips for breakfast which is possibly what you want after a night shift The same ticket can get you a packed lunch for on shift.
Excellent news! Cheers guys :)
Yep the food is plentiful and hearty (albeit a little stodgy) but they cater for quite a lot of people so there is always a choice and plenty of it. There is indeed the option to have a packed lunch to take on shift if you'd rather (normally sandwich, crisps, piece of fruit and a drink) but be warned, you'll find if difficult to get a packed lunch on the Monday morning if you end up working the Monday early shift.
