Hi,
My train is scheduled to arrive at the station at 4:16 but the festival info guide states arrival should not be passed 4, will we still be able to register and volunteer?

Yes no worries, your briefing isnt until 7pm so you should still have time to get to our office and register before the briefing.
If you're running a little late you can always head straight for the briefing (which is in our compound, same place as our office and where you camp), then register after the briefing.
