This is my first year applying.
Just wondering which I should apply for.
Are there any experiences HAT/CATers who could offer up some advice?

i prefer working cats as less distractions, meet more people and more to do
Copied from my reply in another thread: \"HAT's are more of an information service, so your interaction with the public is of a fairly transactional nature. CATs provide more hands-on assistance (at first) and patrol a given camping area so you get to \"know\" some of the campers.\"
HATs don't have the exciting life that CATs do, but they aren't expected to put tents up or carry the too many heavy bags that some campers bring! I like putting tents up, but not keen on the heavy carrying so I've ticked HAT for Latitude this year, however I don't think it is \"fixed in advance, its pretty much sorted on site when the clients' needs are clear.
