Hi,
I might have to pull out of Reading this year...what's the deal with getting refund back and informing the appropriate CAT staff?

Danke ;-)

You need to remove yourself from the event within your PAAM account at least seven days prior to the start date. You will be refunded in October if you meet our terms and conditions.

Kind regards

Jo

Would you know if that's 7 working days (like mon-fri excluding weekends) or just 7 days?
cheeeers.

It is seven calendar days before the arrival deadline, therefore for Reading/Leeds the deadline for serving notice is 12:00 (noon) on 13 August.

Kind regards,

Tavis

so would we have to write in as well or is it ok just to change it on paam online? thanks

If you can no longer attend an event then you should login to PAAM, cancel your place and then email CATs or DCSS (depending which company you were working for) using the online contact form.

Kind regards,

Tavis
