Hi

I've read that the shift allocation is on a 1st come 1st served basis. Is this done at the briefing or as you arrive on site? Is there a time( roughly!) that all the Wed early shift will be allocated and if so what kind of time should I arrive to get this one?

Also if we are wanting to work on the same shifts as someone how easy is that to arrange? ( not necc in the same places- just same times)

Sorry lots of questions!

Thanks
C

Shift allocation is done when you book-in upon arrival at the CAT office. The Wednesday shift is expected to fill up first - Last year it took about two hours.

Each CAT chooses a team, which will have a preset early, late and night shift - These shifts are preset to avoid CATs working double shifts and to allow at least 24 hours off after a night shift to allow time to recover. Each CAT will also get at least two event evenings off to enjoy the music.

You can not register shifts for friends, but if you book-in at the same time it is very likely that you will end up on the same shift pattern as them.

Kind regards,

Tavis

Thanks Tavis!

So be there before 10 to try and get the early Wednesday shift?

Is it clear where to go once you've parked? I'll be in Blue if I'm there early. I suppose it will be better to go in and register then get the camping stuff in later?

Thanks
