Right i'm just about to pay my deposit, but just wanted to clarify:
I bought a Reading ticket and the Hotbox website states that if the ticket is sent to the office at least 21 days before the event, it is refunded, great!
However, I'm pretty sure the Reading ticket won't even be sent to me at least 21 days before the event!?
Does anyone have any previous experience in this!?

You need to contact us about this.
We'll need your booking reference and point of purchase.
We'll also need to see a deposit paid to Hotbox Events and a CAT position allocated before we can give Festival Republic the okay to refund your ticket.

brilliant thanks for your quick reply, i'll pay the deposit tomorrow and sort this all out, hope i'm in time, theres only 18 spaces left!
