reading/leeds festival

Hi, i've sent a message asking officially about this but my boyfriend and I are suddenly in a situation where we can't work leeds fest but i reckon we'll be able to make it to reading (i live next to it and should be able to sort that out)

does anyone know if it's possible to switch/jump to the front of the reading festival waiting list/of anyone who is working as a volunteer at reading festival and wants to switch to leeds!

We both really want to work the festival and would appreciate any advice/help you have
