Yeah, he should definitely be banned from volunteering again, admitting to drinking on the job AND giving out his reflective \"jacket\" (it's a tabard!??) to drunk people!

I'm not sure that banning our most \"famous\" volunteer to date would be a terribly proactive move!
He didn't state if he sat down on or off shift...I assume, he popped back for a drink after he had finished work.
As far as the tabard comment, to quote Kelly McGillis (showing my age?!) a good example of what not to do.
