Hey just wondering if anyone could help, me and my mate are working Reading this year and being girls feel it is essential to take a car (can get more stuff in it - also more fun and cheaper to drive than train it)but we've just realised that we haven't thought about parking (as i said girls!).
I know that there is a parking site at Reading and you can get a space if have a ticket but obviously we're working, can we still use this site or is there somewhere we can park for free at the festival at all??
Any ideas welcome.
Thanks, Gem

All details relating to parking are within the CAT Pack, which is being posted today/tomorrow. If you can't wait to receive this in the post please login to your PAAM account where you will be able to download a PDF copy of the CAT Pack.

As a note: White car park is about a 30 minute walk from the Crew camping area, so it is advisable to pack lightly!

Kind regards,

Tavis

How secure is the parking?

Is it patrolled, monitored...?

Can we access our cars as and when...?

Thanks

The car parks will have CCTV and the staff should end up parking fairly close to the gate, as they are first to arrive and will therefor have more security staff milling about. You will be able to access your cars as frequently as required, however if you leave site you will probablly end up in a different area when you return.

Please note that White car park (at Reading) is about 30 minutes walk from the crew camping area, so it is advisible to pack light!

Kind regards,

Tavis
