How did you find the new system?
Good idea, I was slightly bemused by the fact that they aren't listed on the selection page in the same order as on the information pdf? Alpha 2 is above Alpha 1 and Charlie 1 is in the middle of the Bravo shifts.
Hopefully you can see my choices as the same as I have intended them to be :)
Yes we do need to set-up reordering and make a couple of other small changes...
I've asked the PAAM wizard to add it to the top of his list.
Thank you for the feedback.
Once I ruled out the shifts I didn't want to work it was easy......
We've just updated the process - can you login to Hotbox Events PAAM and take a look please and let us know if that is any better?
Yes thanks that is much better, here's hoping my deposit arrived soon enough for a top 3 shift choice!
It would help if you knew what your position was in the queue. Is that an easy, and worthwhile addition Mark? I am aware of the knock on effect a \"simple\" add on can make so No is an acceptable answer.
It's a good idea, I'll pass it on...
Have updated my PAAM, it makes sense that there are now 10 choices to make rather than the five that were there before although I thought the grid with radio buttons was easier to choose from than the drop-down style which has replaced it.
When do we find out which shift pattern we have been allocated a place on? Apologies if that is covered elsewhre and I have missed it.
I tend to agree with Joolz that the radio buttons made it easier to see what choices you had made. As there is no graphical feedback and so makes it more difficult to discover which shifts are left to choose.
yay,, thank you, got my first choice shift. Love the people at Hotbox!!! see you soon.
Woo Hoo! Thank you Hotbox Team! [8D] Hope you didn't have to tie yourselves in knots working it all out? Love you, see you in two weeks! [:)] xx
I don't think I have my allocation yet. Where does it say?
Log into the PAAM application program
Select Latitude
Your shift is there just under the date, 13/7/2011.
Bravo 1 yes!

London, near Kings Cross, Euston, Camden.... to Latitude festival.... TUESDAY 12th July, leaving for 9.00am, large car, loadsa room for loadsa beer.... if you can get it to any of the above areas, then you can get it to Latitude !
I can comfortably fit in three more people... (one space already booked) based on an equal share of fuel costs.. though be aware that my car is a bit of a guzzler... arrive in comfort, arrive in style, bring loadsa gear and carry a smile..!!
PM, me.. give me your mobly number, your eMail address, possibly your house number and postcode if you live close to these areas and we can work something out. You can also add me on Facebook Mark (Bugsy) Booth.
ALSO.. RETURN LIFT OFFERED, back to London... Kings Cross, Euston, Camden areas... Monday mid/late morning, my last shift finishes at 01.00am Monday. (Delta 1)
Same deal applies for BIG CHILL and LEEDS festivals... though will be leaving earlier for both events due to the distance/time to get there... so will be leaving for 8.00am.... Tuesday 2nd August for Big Chill and Tuesday 23rd August for LEEDS. Return however, will be the MONDAY morning, to be confirmed subject to shift timings.
Just a comment to say I think its a brilliant idea and well worth all your effort. And will save you from having that HUGE queue on site!
Wow.. are there really 51 positions not yet filled for Latitude ?
