Is it possible to know what Il be doing at latitude as Id rather be part of the litter team and stay for as long as I can? I didnt realise that other left ealier?

just out of interest - what are the working dates for each job if you can remember from the application page? I'll need a fair few days work if I go to this so would be handy to know what the min and max days are likely to be!!

Um 16th-21st for normal jobs such as stewarding and 16th-26th for litter picking etc
I would rather do the litter picking as I am coming from a long way, but not sure what id be assigned too and dont want to confirm till i know.

Inbetween nottingham and grantham! But I plan to quit my job as Im going to uni and need to work enough days to cover my costs for summer etc which the 10 days would!
Wouldnt be as bad if id been accepted for slammin vinyl but thats full too now:(N

similar reasons to you - I need some more moeny for my second year of uni and would rather get it enjoying myself over summer working at festivals rather than a conventional \"real\" job at asda!!
I'm coming from the lake district so its a fair journey and not the cheapest either if I decide to go!!

Im a cat for leeds, im going to download normally as a ticket holder. I applied for slammin vinyl but its full so I have to wait and see, and latitude :)

ahh it is tempting.....but the temptation of a definite full 10 days, costing me about a fifth of te transport costs, and the possibility of seeing/hearing rage twice is overpowering - I reckon I'd probably give up on T if I was definitely going to get 10 days at latitude - but I'm not guaranteed that so I won't!!

Ive emailed them to ask about it, so hopefully will get a rpely in the morning. BTW, you know we work 12 hour shifts? Do we get groomed for the 2 hours we have a break? Or not?

i think - going by what my glasto information says - we get groomed for 10 hours. I think it says 8am-8pm 10hour shift with 2x1hr breaks which to me would suggest just 10 hours - but I might be wrong on that.....great if I am wrong though!![:D]
hopefully Mark or Tavis or anyone else organising the events will read that and answer it in the morning - they're usually very quick to respond!!
