Can you please confirm whether we need to bring I.D with us 'again' as mentioned in the CAT Pack and for \"Immigration Right to Work\", even though some of us would have presented it at Latitude?

From the CAT pack..

On booking-in you will...
â?¢ Need to show either 1 or 2 below to prove your right to work/
volunteer in the UK:
1. Passport
2. Birth certificate and National Insurance Card

Many thanks.

No if we have seen the original documents and hold copies then we don't need to see them again.

Im working at Leeds and guessing we need the same I.D. My passport has run out and I've only just applied for a new one so it might not get here on time. I've also lost my national insurance card.

Would my old passport or my birth certificate and a letter from HMRC be ok or am I going to be unable to work?

Thanks

Hi Scare

Just bring your old passport, if that is not available, your birth certificate accompanied with something with your national insurance number on it, payslip or national insurance card.
