Hey, ive just come back from download festival and am still in festival mode lol. Desperately want to do some more festivals, but all my mates are skint so was thinking about doing CAT. Can anyone who's done CAT let me know what it was like? Also will i be okay doing CAT on my own?? One last thing . . . do you get your deposit back when the festival finishes?

Hey Bella, I was a first timer CAT last year and admittedly at first, was a little apprehensive, but.... it didn;t laqst long, meet some great people and have a good time, many of the people I met or teamed up with are going back again and I've kept in touch with them on FaceBook and on here through the forums...
Would definately recommend it, if.. as you say, are still in Festie Mood.
Although you may go alone, you're never alone once you're there.
You work in teams of around 10 or 12.
Yes, you get your deposit back, it's normally about a month/maybe 6 weeks afterwards, less a small admin fee of around £7, so well worth it.

Don't expect the deposit refund before November. I've never received it 'till then, even last year when I only did Latutude (July). If you have online banking, pay by BACS and you won't have the admin (Paypal?) fee deducted.
But yes, give it a go, click \"apply\" above and set up a PAAM account. See you soon!

Chris (bags666) is quite right - Reading is full. We are not currently accepting applications, although there is a small chance that we may re-open applications in July, although if we do, this will be for a very limited period, as so far we have only had seven people cancel their positions.
Both Latitude and Leeds Festival currently have vacancies, although these are filling up at a steady rate (both currently stand at about 70% full).
Please remember that applications are filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit. Please also bear in mind that we need to receive your application / deposit prior to the PNC check deadline date, as we can not accept any applications received after.

thanks for all your help!! whats the next step? have clicked approved on lattitude and leeds festival, do i just turn up or will they send me stuff in the post? thanks annabelle x

you have to wait and get ur deposit apporoved and then PDC checked, if that is all good then you get sent your welcome pack in the post
