On the Shift Planner document it states that people with Guest/Artist shifts need to be onsite for Tuesday 10th, even though the Guest/Artist 3 slot doesn't display any shifts for Wednesday.
So I was wondering will the Guest/Artist 3 people still be needed on Tuesday even though they aren't doing any shifts on Wednesday?

yes you do need to be onsite on the tuesday so that they can do the briefing for all the guest/artist volunteers in one go.

Hiya, I'm also on a Guest/Artist shift so arriving on Tuesday. I see the briefing is at 19:00. Do we have to arrive at/by 12, or is somewhere between 12:00 & 19:00 okay? Thanks

12.00 is the earliest you can get there so anytime between 12 and 7 you can arrive
