Most of the shifts are before the festival starts, and I think I heard the free beer is handed out to weekend ticket holders at wristband exchange, so pretty much all on thursday and friday...

You will be standing at the end of wristband exchange, handing out 3 cans of beer (which have been pre packaged in bags) to weekend ticket holders. Usual rules apply really,
Free beer for over 18s only, you will be responsible for checking I.D. and under 18's and those who don't want booze, will get 3 soft drinks which will also be pre-packaged.
I great attitude is a must for this... and a silly outfit always helps :)
