anyone want to share any highlights or stories?
I think my favourite and most worrying moment was whan i saw Gaz in his costume on saturday and instantly recognised him despite the mask (must have been the legs...)

My highlights this year were getting to be in the Control room which was a whole new and quite exciting experience for me. Meeting awesome new people as always and finally, seeing Crooked Vultures in the Radio one tent which really made my weekend. Thanks Chris for tipping me off that they were on stage and thanks Karen for running across the arena with me!!!
It was lovely to meet you all and well done everyone. We had so many new people this year and on the whole everyone did marvously!
Radiohead on Saturday night was my musical highlight, really enjoyed 'em.
I got to drive a buggy around the site for the first time! That was cool (except when I thought I'd broke it on Thursday up at Guest!).
And festival Yorkshire Pudding, sausage, mash, veg & gravy. Any festival is good when there's a Yorkshire pudding stall!
musically - Prodigy
Work wise, discussing with a group of punters how they wanted to share out the clothes and money belonging to a casualty, (of too much rum) we were dealing with. This group constructed a complete life history for the guy, from no information. Eventually told them that if no-one claimed him in 3 months they could have him.
Them Crooked Vultures, Gaslight Anthem and Hot Rats for me.
Work-wise, watching 2 guys absolutely slaughtered trying to carry over 20 quids worth of tea back to their tent. I think only 3 of 15 cups were spilt in the end, but we didn't manage to follow them all the way.
Gaslight Anthem were amazing!
Oddly I also loved Kaiser Chiefs, mainly because of me and my mates drinking Ginda (gin/cider/vodka) and dancing erratically =] Was a great warm up to Billy Talent.
the entire week was a wicked experience meeting loads of cool ppl and being introduced to new music, the one memory i cannot forget is the security guard that fell asleep (white camp team b) that was fun times to the end of the night shift :D
Hahaha yeah Sam can't forget that lmao!
The whole time was fab - with a few minor exceptions. Highlight has to be Kings of Leon though.
Big love to all the Brown/Green CATS. My team were ace! And our supervisor wasn't too bad either ;-)
... eh Sam
Any news on when the calendar for next year is going to be released?
Calendar & application will go live in early March.
to my eternal shame, I've already booked all the relevant dates off work!!!!
don't worry, earlier we were discussing things we need to get for this years fest like a new first aid kit, haha!
