the patterns last year went like this:
a= late weds, early fri, night sat
b= night weds, late fri, early sun
c= early thurs, night fri, late sun
d = late thurs, early sat, night sun
e = night thurs, late sat, early mon
early is 9am-5pm, late is 5pm-1am, night is 1am-9am

However last year the shift times were early 8am-4pm, late 4pm-midnight, night midnight-8am

Not sure those patterns are right Chris...
Mark.. best not rely on them too much, they do change slightly from year to year as I know I did A in 2008 and it differed for 2009..
The shift times will be on the notice board outside the CAT office when you arrive for registration.
Shift hours however, have been confirmed by Tavis to be 9am-5pm; 5pm-1am; 1am-9am
Best get there early to pick the shift pattern that suits you best.

They look about right to me, although as they are always subject to change at last minute we don't publish them on the website prior to the events.
