Hi,

I was just wondering when we will be getting our deposits back? On the FAQs on the website it says we should receive them by October, but it is now nearly November (and could really use the money, hehe)

Mine arrived today. The figure didn't seem to quite match what I was expecting but I had missed the small print (3.4% + 20p deducted for expenses !)

You will have also receive a deduction if you took advantage of the discounted food voucher scheme that was available at Latitude, the Big Chill and Leeds Festivals.
