You are allowed:
Disposable BBQ's
Hexane (Solid Fuel)Stoves
Methylated Spirit Stoves (Trangia Style)
And if your feeling like Ray Mears i assume you can rub 2 twigs together.
I use a Gelert - trangia style because Meths are VERY cheap and if you add a little water(to the meths) it wont soot up your pans.
You are NOT alowed ANY form of Gas Stove.

Correct for Reading.
At Leeds 2009 you could use gas stoves in the crew campsite ONLY.
To be safe I'd try and go with Jacob's advise for all festivals - just in case the rules change for 2010.
